I called Wallace and Wallace to fix a broken garage door spring today. Wallace not only coached me though how to make the service call more affordable for the customer, but also had the door repairs completed the same day as the service call was made. Their service team, including the administrative staff and field personal were all professional, quick, and thorough. The door works better than it did before the spring broke. I highly recommend wallace and wallace for any type of new garage door installation or service work. Very impressive with this company.

My garage door had partially come off its track, a cable off its pulley. Wallace crew of two guys showed up within an hour of my call. They explained to me what exactly had happened and what they were doing to fix it. Professional, courteous and quick. I am very pleased with the result.

Had black chain link fence installed by Wallace and Wallace. Accurate estimate by Aaron, well organized scheduling by Nicole and excellent installation by Jesse and Patrick. Very satisfied with the entire process and end result.

I've had the wonderful opportunity to work with this company twice now! Both times the communication was outstanding and they are very understanding and kind. Very punctual, they showed up when they said would. The work they provided was beautiful I couldn't be more happy. They were so eager to help and my projects were done fast and efficiently, more than efficiently! My fence looks amazing, I'll be able to enjoy the wonderful privacy in my yard this summer. Also, they ensured that my vision of what I wanted was met. The clean up afterward was perfect. Thanks so much. Will most definitely be calling for future projects. Happy customer.

We are so happy with our new deck built by Stefan and his crew. The communication was clear and open, their price was fair and they built the deck beautifully. Paying close attention to detail, it’s absolutely perfect. They were friendly, hardworking and put in long days to get it done in a timely fashion. I’d highly recommend Excellence Fences and Decks to anyone in the market for a new deck or fence.

Stefan and his team of workers did an exceptional job. They are professional, accommodating and very skilled workers Despite the rain they finished in good time. When they said they were going to be here, they were here. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome customer service and excellent quality work! From my first inquiry to the same day estimate Richard and the team answered my questions and explained each step. And they were able to install a front yard chain link fence enclosure (mainly for my "houdini" beagle) before end of season. Which ended up meaning installation was done in very snowy and windy conditions. The team worked so hard with great experience and expertise. I was amazed at how efficiently the team worked and the quality of the fence exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much to the entire team at Total Yard Works but especially the 3 hard workers that worked so diligently and as a great team to install the fence for me. High 5 guys.

Professional, courteous, skilled, hard working team that creates a well built, aesthetic fence. Willing to make changes throughout the build to accommodate customer requests. Clean up needs a little improvement, but they had less than ideal weather conditions to contend with. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend Rich and his team. The owner promptly returns your texts the same day. 1yr+ and he gladly will do warranty work. He cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you Rich! It continues to be a pleasure to deal with your company.

I placed an order for a fence at the beginning of June I have 3 dogs so it was imperative we get it. They made us a priority as a result and by mid June I already had fence and 3 very happy pups! We love total yard works and will call again.
