I hired Smart muscles for my move and I couldn’t be happier! They were professional, efficient, so hardworking, and enjoyable to have around! One of them even worked with a broken toe, and still had a smile on all day! Great guys! Highly recommend.

We hired Smart Muscles to help move some of my grandmother’s belongings and the service and timeliness was impeccable. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to hire movers. Thank you for all your hard work.

The guys John ,Leonard, and Wally did a wonderful job today I was very impressed the way they work as a team. Going from a ranch style home to older home with second and basement floor was a lot of stairs climbing but they got her done Thanks a bunch guys . - Rollee. Répondre

I’ve moved several times, and this was easily one of my better experiences. Anna was very responsive when I needed to arrange and later reschedule the move, and the communication was straightforward. On moving day, the movers got to work immediately, loaded everything quickly, and even packed a few smaller items I hadn’t gotten into boxes yet. They had extra boxes and wrapping materials available, which was helpful. One unexpected moment involved my cat getting loose while we were preparing to leave. One of the movers stopped what he was doing to help me look, and thankfully found my cat hiding in the bathroom. That really stood out to me because he didn’t have to do that. They also disassembled and disposed of a few pieces of furniture I was getting rid of. The new place had stairs, but they unloaded everything quickly and nothing was damaged. They were hardworking, pleasant, and efficient throughout the move.

Heavy items move. Our 3 bedroom home move in Thunderbay involved a piano and several other heavy pieces, so I was honestly pretty stressed before moving day. Thankfully, Ecoway Movers handled everything professionally and made the entire relocation in Thunderbay feel much easier than expected. The movers worked efficiently, handled the heavy items carefully, and treated all of our belongings with a lot of care throughout the move. Even with the larger furniture and piano, nothing felt chaotic or rushed. The crew was also very friendly and easy to work with the whole day. I’d definitely use Ecoway Movers again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I hired Ecoway Movers for my 1-bedroom apartment move in Thunder Bay,and the whole experience was straightforward. Felix was friendly and easy to deal with when I booked. Because I had several heavy items and a lot of stairs, I went with 3 movers, and it was definitely the right decision. Rowan worked efficiently the entire time, and I never felt like anyone was trying to stretch out the job. They actually finished so quickly that I ended up sending more items than I had originally planned. The only thing I'd do differently next time is have more of my belongings packed in my own boxes so I wouldn't need as many moving boxes from the movers, it was a good value, the move went quickly, and I'd happily hire Ecoway Movers again.

Was forced to move on very short notice and was lucky enough that they were available. Given I had just finished an overnight shift, I was super tired but they took charge, packed all my stuff, and then packed it neatly in my storage unit. It was amazing. They were also hilarious on top of being good at their job. Thank you Taylor, Nick and Ryan. You made my day.

Best movers in Thunder bay! Nathan, Ryan, and Tristen have delivered appliances to me twice now and both times they went above and beyond! They make sure everything is perfect and there are no issues at all. They even installed the appliances! I couldn't have asked for better people! Would definitely use this company again.

Made an order through Home Depot for some building supplies. Ben called me about half hour before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Polite, professional, and very quick service. He was able to drop all of my stuff just feet away from my door. Will be using Armstrong again in the future.
