Wow, I’m super excited about the results. It looks incredible, I feel like I’m in a brand new house! If you are looking for a window company that is honest, trustworthy and will provide value for your dollar, Panorama Windows and Doors is the one. My knowledge on window/door styles was minimal and Otto simplified that for me by providing insight based on his industry knowledge and experience. He was very patient, respectful, honest, and didn’t try to upsell or sell me a product that was out of my financial reach and or wouldn’t fit in the space. The process from start to finish was uneventful. Instillation was over a few days and the process was seamless.The servicemen cleaned up nicely afterwards leaving no trace of their workmanship except for my gorgeous windows and doors. I was a bit nervous about getting all my windows replaced, but Panorama Windows made it a breeze. Their team respected my time and home, arriving on time and finishing earlier than anticipated. The energy efficiency in my house has improved noticeably. Thumbs up for a job well done.

Aizik came out to see us back in the summertime. We ended up selecting a new front door. We were warned it might take a while to receive, but it actually came in at a reasonable rate because we selected a pretty simple door. Our entrance is gorgeous - our neighbors love the new door, and we have already passed on your information to our friends and neighbors! Everyone from the sales rep Dan, to Tracy and others in the office, to the installers Walter and Georgie were absolutely fantastic. Dan worked with us through numerous changes, always with a smile. He worked with us to get a price that fit in our budget. On installation day Walter and Georgie came early and ready to work. They were very kind and professional. They put drop sheets everywhere and did a decent cleanup after. Noticed a difference in the house staying cooler the first day. Glad we went with Nordik, great service all around, great prices, and the best rebate you can get from any company.

We got our windows and front door replaced by Nordik and we are extremally pleased with the product as well as the installation but we were impressed by their customer service. Ms. Latitia (Service Manager) and Ms. Trish (Purchasing) were very knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. These are very rare qualities to find today in customer service. So, I don’t often do reviews but it was an important influence in our decision to have Kempenfelt Windows and Doors install our windows. This, in addition to, personal recommendations from friends who have hired their services. First, our salesman,Brent, was excellent. Very transparent, answered our questions and was not pushy. He promptly answered calls or emails and followed up with us within an hour of the installation being completed. Second. The fact that this company employs their own installers was a huge deciding factor for us we have had issues in the past hiring good companies who contract out to bad installers, ending up in a nightmare. Our installers, Cristian and Rory, arrived on time, were very polite , professional and personable. They did a fantastic job and didn’t mind me watching their work or asking questions. They insulated the windows very well, one of my big concerns, and cleaned thoroughly leaving our house pretty much as it was when they arrived. We are extremely happy with all aspects of our dealings with Kempenfelt Windows and Doors and we highly recommend them. We still have some windows to replace and a door, I will definately be using this company again. I think it is important to note, we were not offered anything in return for this review, it is our honest opinion. We recently had the pleasure of replacing the windows in our home. Every single person from in-house selecting our style windows to the fantastic team that came to install them we have been beyond impressed with the quality and service of Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. Jesse, Dave and Tyler were the three fantastic gentlemen who were sent to do install our windows. And let me tell you, those gentlemen were polite and beyond knowledgable.
