Amazing customer service. Installation team was professional, efficient, and great attention to detail. They replaced all the flooring on our main level and family room, 900 square feet total. We are so happy with all aspects of the job and the flooring. Shout out to Justin for the estimate and sales. Highly recommend.

I've been dealing with Bigelow flooring for several years now. They have supplied flooring and tiles for most of my projects. I primarily deal with Armen and his attention to detail and excellent customer service stands out in this industry. Great company with great staff and quality products.

Krista, Rui and the Bigelow Team created flooring solutions that matched our needs, our style and budget. The work to match colours and provide great service was greatly appreciated! A family business that had a solution for every request.

Great selection and customer service. Installation was done in a timely and professional manner. The end results were great. Also, Levon went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. We were very pleased with our experience. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased an area rug from Sarmazian and were more than satisfied with the service we received. We dealt through Isabelle Prodan who we found to be very professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Incredible customer service, as well options and selections available here! Tamara at the front desk was very welcoming, and Isabelle (Sales & Design Consultant) was extremely helpful to guide me through the selection process. I look forward to seeing the finished installation.

Great experience with Abhi and the team at End of the Roll in Guelph. We needed to find a simple carpet runner for o ur basement stairs. Abhi showed us some options, discussed the process and gave us time to think about it without any pressure. We called back the next day to order it and it was installed 1 week later. The installation was quick and efficient. The stairs look great! My only complaint is how expensive flooring is getting, and the increased price that is charged for stairs, but Abhi provided the best deal we could find when we shopped around.

Every part of our experience was excellent. From the initial estimate to the installation was done professionally with no surprises. The installer worked with us to make it easier and with no pressure to speed up. I would fully recommend End of the Roll as a source of product and installation.

Have just had a vinyl laminate floor laid by Joshua. The floor was finished quickly, and looks amazing! Joshua was polite and friendly and cleaned up beautifully afterwards . Would highly recommend.
