10/10 Gorgeous florals and wonderful customer service!!! The lovely staff helped me with choosing a mix of hydrangeas/roses to make a small bouquet today, will definitely be back in two weeks to get flowers for my boss’s birthday! So happy we found this cute little floral shop, they can turn a simple stem into something extraordinary and beautiful.

Very pretty store front. Exceptional customer service. They collected all the dried products they had in order for use to make this dry bouquet. We absolutely love it. Will be going back when I need more flowers and plants.

I have bought three bouquets here so far, each one as a gift for a different person, and all three people have asked me where the flowers came from because they were the best bouquets they've ever received! Their arrangements are gorgeous, and the flowers last far longer than other bouquets we've bought. The staff working here are incredibly kind and friendly, and very good at their jobs. This is our new go-to flower shop, I won't be going anywhere else! Definitely recommend.

I know nothing about flowers and visited this location on the recommendation from a friend. I wanted flowers for my wife...just because...nothing special. They put together a very nice arrangement and wrapped them beautifully. I have bought a lot of flowers in the past from many florists, and these were the best! No wilting heads, no brown at the edges of the petals. Very fresh. My wife loved them! It is worth the extra money as you won't be disappointed. One week later, and the bouquet is still fresh. I plan to be a loyal customer of the Floral Factory and spread the word of their good customer service.

I was worried about picking a random florist when I am not from the area, but was extremely happy with my experience! Same day service, and they easily accommodated some special requests when dealing with a deaf customer. Well done! Thanks so much.

I called two times to provide more details on delivery address on an extreme busy day as I did not provide exact office number of a hospital when I placed order. The call was managed by polite and supportive staff. The bouquet was rushed out and arrived on time. Thanks for the professional service and a very nice bouquet.

I recently ordered a bouquet from Bloom of Paradise for my mom's birthday, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The online ordering process was easy, with a beautiful selection to choose from. The bouquet arrived on time, and the presentation was stunning—fresh, vibrant flowers arranged with precision. My mom was thrilled, and the Bloom of Paradise team exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality and excellent service!.
