I went to Mattress Mattress to figure out what I need for changes I need to make for my personal health. I was given lots of helpful information, no pressure, and went away to make my decisions. When I went back to make my purchase, I was remembered, greeted with kindness and again, given great, clear information which made me feel confident with my purchase! Thank you Kamila.

I had a great experience at the Mattress Mattress location across Bower Mall where I was helped by Anna. I mentioned to her that my mom told me there were some sales going on and I wanted to see them. Anna gave me lots of great information to the point of me buying a mattress. The delivery was quite fast as I received it the next day and I can't wait to have a better sleep.

Susan, our salesperson, was a lovely person. She was very knowledgeable, did not use any sales pressure tactics, and led us to exactly what we wanted at a great price!.

We went into Sleep Country to purchase a new bed. The service was first-rate. Curtis thoroughly explained our options per our preferences and helped us assess each option such that we could make the best choice to meet our specific needs. The selection and purchase process went smoothly. And the subsequent delivery and installation of our purchase was friendly, quick and professional. Our total experience with Sleep Country couldn't have been better!! Gene & Sharon R.

We had a great time looking at a bed here. Mario in sales was excellent and made the experience easy and stress free. We were guided through at our own pace and given time to decide what was best for us. The delivery process was fast and efficient as promised. Very happy with our experience/purchase and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a bed.

Ellie was very good at helping us sort through all the mattresses to figure out which one we liked. I've been to other stores where the sales person doesn't know what they're selling, and trying out mattresses can be frustrating. We found the whole buying experience to be great.

Can’t say enough good things about this local business. We dealt with the owner, Collin, and he knows his stuff. He properly educated us on each style of mattress and we found one that is going to be great for us. No pressure sales, knowledgeable, great pricing, has tonnes in stock. Loved the whole experience here - from purchase to delivery. Would highly recommend!.

Recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable base. The customer service was great. The mattress has been a wonderful, and much needed upgrade. Patti made sure we were getting the mattress that fit both of our individual needs for the most comfort.

More than EXCELLENT! My husband struggles with mobility, however the sales person had the caring patience to arrive at the perfect fit, regardless of the time it took.
