Recently visited The Brick to purchase a new mattress, and am super happy with the quality of service I received from Derek, I knew the specific mattress I was looking for and he was great about respecting my choice and budget, have dealt with him on previous purchases and he always does a great job. Mattress was delivered way ahead of schedule, and the delivery guys were great as well. Very happy with the mattress! Will be a returning customer for any future furniture purchases.

The customer service at Leon's (Mark and Brent) is incredible. They take the time to listen to what the customer is looking for and then ensure all the details are taken care of. Love the wide array of choices and affordability of products.

Shout out to Jamie and the crew at Leon's North Bay! They gave us a great deal on what we needed and even managed to sell us on some items we wanted! A pleasurable experience all the way around. Thanks, Leon's!.

Mark and Cheryl offered excellent service in the purchase of an appliance. They coordinated with King and State Insurance and Brubacher Appliances which helped me a lot, making the replacement process of my oven so easy and stress free. They took care of the details making the purchase enjoyable.

I just had my Hot tub delivered and everything was fantastic, The guys were excellent as they made sure I understood everything about the Hot Tub. They even built my steps and cover lifter for my wife and I. Would definitely recommend Manchester’s to others as the pricing was better than everywhere else we went. Just want to say thank you Shane and crew, and can’t wait till my furniture comes in and can be delivered!.

Recently went into Manchester's to look at hot tubs, and purchased on the spot. Shane and Chad were very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. They were patient as we talked through our questions, and provided very informative answers to any questions/concerns we were having. I cannot wait for the snow to melt, for our install. Highly Recommend!.

Customer service is second to none. They were helpful and patient through the process despite my changing my order a few times. Delivery was easy and again they were total pros! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture that looks great.
