I had a remote starter installed today. Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I explained what I needed and he made sure it was done. Then he came outside with me and explained how it worked. I would definitely recommend JB Automotives, on the west end. They are awesome. Thank you Matt for everything it was a pleasure.

Got helped by Leo and he was amazing supper helpful and great service. They have great stock everything we needed they had.

Always has the car audio parts I need. If they don’t have it in stock it’s only a couple of days before getting it in.

I asked if his name may be saint nick with how helpful he was. would recommend for anyone. thanks so much part source and merry christmas.

I bought the wrong wipers and even though they were final sale, they returned them and installed the new pair I bought. Great customer service.

I just want to give a big shout out to Jane at the Fort Rd. (Edmonton) store, she was very helpful and engaged. Made my trip so much easier.

Mickey and Brady really saved the day going the extra mile for me to have my spark plugs day of. Thank you guys so much. I’ll Defintley be coming here for more parts on my bike.

Had the parts I needed on a Sunday while the dealership was closed. I called ahead to see if it was in stock and just had to give my name and pay once I got there. Now I can work tomorrow instead of missing a day to fix my truck.

Always have good service here . This location is attached to there warehouse , so usually have what I need . Desk associates seem well informed and engaged . Like the AMA discount.
