Troy N was friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained all options and provided pros and cons for each one. When the installation was completed, he did a great job with the clean up. He answered all of our questions during the home inspection and offered great advice for future projects. This is our second experience with this company and we highly recommend them. Thanks Troy.

Excellent, professional service! I am so pleased with the work completed by AJ today. He was very knowledgeable and proficient in fixing a complicated issue in my basement bathroom. I will definitely call this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Courteous and professional, and fixed our issue for what seemed like a fair price. We'll call again next time we have a plumbing problem.

We are very happy with our recent experience with Knight Plumbing. Just as the long weekend was starting, we noticed our 14-year-old hot water tank leaking onto the basement floor. I was very comfortable with the prompt assessment/quote process from Dylan, and Catherine did a great job with the install (and being kind enough to answer all my nosy questions while she was working!), all on a Saturday. All told, it was less than 22 hours from my initial phone call to the job being completed. Well done.

We had our furnace replaced and central air conditioning installed. What a great team! They were all super friendly, answered all our questions and gave us great advice, and were very professional. We had great conversations and lots of laughs with them. A fantastic experience from the start! From the consultation with Jason to the team's arrival on installation day.

I had an air conditioner and new furnace installed in my home. Both Tren and Shabab did a fantastic job installing the unit. They kept me updated on the timing of the job, and provided me with all the information I needed to know.

Knight Plumbing has proved to be a top notch company with great employees and great service. Brad was prompt, friendly and helpful with our plumbing concerns. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and will definitely contact them for any future plumbing concerns. - Mavis T. Répondre

Darcy was very prompt arriving within his prior phone call time estimate. He was able to detect the problem quickly. I liked that he was able to display several faucet options allowing us to pick the one we liked best. It looks even better installed. We're happy to have the shut off valves installed as well; they were much needed. We would gladly refer ProStar to anyone. Thank you Darcy for your professionalism.

The furnace repair experience started off great with the first call and only got better. Gerry was more responsive than I anticipated, and when I wasn't ready for him he made it work without question. The site inspection was fast and estimates for work had options; no guesswork about the final bill. The actual repair was less than an hour. I felt that I made the right choice for the repair and the warranty has me at ease even more so.

Had used prostar to auger my sink last year and called them up for a leak on the humidifier line connected to my hot water heater. Need a quick response due to selling the house. They were quick and courteous. Got to work quickly and sorted my problem. Explained everything and made sure I understood how to deal with with the problem should I see it again in the new house we bought.
