I would recommend Legacy doors to anyone. From the start the lady on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and had a serviceman out to fix a broken overhead door spring promptly. The serviceman Rick was also very personable, professional and obviously an expert. He encountered some unforeseen problems with the door related to the original install but was creative in quickly finding a solution and keeping the job as close to the original quote. The whole experience was great, Rick made sure everything was done correctly and the door was fully operational before he left. Huge thanks thanks to Rick and Legacy doors.

Amazing company!!! I looked into all the local Kelowna/West Kelowna garage door companies I could find and Legacy’s price was more affordable for a superior garage door when compared to their competitors. They provided exceptional customer service and installation was efficient and flawless. I highly recommend Legacy to anyone looking for a new garage door.

Wow! Thanks Edith. Garage door broke Sunday, called Tuesday, fixed by 3 pm Thursday. Spectacular service, highly recommended. Thanks again.

Very impressed and would recommend! I called on a Holiday Monday and was told someone would be out the next morning to service my garage door. I received a text first thing with an expected arrival time, and a 2nd text when the tech was on their way. Most importantly they showed up when they said they would and got the repair done super quick.

Very professional. I trust them emphatically. The price was more than fair. I got 2 remotes and had the lift device repaired in no time at all. The door technician was very careful around my belongings and that was very much appreciated. I will absolutely be using the guys again.

Incredible service! I called at 9 am and someone arrived at 2 pm and fixed our garage door for a fair price. I would totally recommend Joshua Doors.

Matt and his apprentice did some alterations to a shelf to make the new Esteem Steel craft garage door fit perfectly. Awesome job and professional installation. Luke you can be proud of your staff. Cheers Don Quistberg.

Extremely good service. Great communication.Jeff did a great job on broken spring on my door works perfectly. Jeff extremely friendly and easy to deal with and price was extremely fair I'm so glad i called them. Thanks again Jeff.

Amazing! Jeff came quickly, was super friendly and honest and solved my issues with my double garage door. They will be my go to from now on. I highly recommend.

I contacted JP garage doors and had a response from Jeff within minutes. He was responsive and has exemplary communication skills. He showed up on time and explained what the problem was, offered me options, and decided on replacing both door motors and assembly. To my surprise, he had all the parts and tools with him, and conducted the work immediately. Upon completion of the work, he walked me through and explained what he had replaced, told me how everything worked, reprogrammed the external key pad for both doors. He said should I have any questions, do not hesitate to call. Outstanding customer service Jeff! - James K. Répondre
