3 Meilleures Réparation D'Ordinateur à St. Albert, AB

My 10 year old MacBook Pro was experiencing such significant enough issues that I was considering replacing it altogether. One Bite Technology was able to repair and upgrade it for much less than the cost of a replacement, and now my laptop works as good as new! So glad I was recommended this place, they're my go-to repair guys from now on.

Jeff and the staff are so friendly and helpful! They explained everything so clearly ( I needed to update the operating system in my older iMac). They kept me updated and explained my options and let me know any costs up front. My husband and I have also bought phones from them previously. I would highly recommend them to anyone!.

Had a 1hr. class, which was very informative. The instructor was very patient and explained thinks at a reasonable pace. I have also found the customer service to be top notch. The staff are more than happy to answer question at any time.

I highly recommend Youssef (Dr. Geek) Services!! Youssef has helped me on several occasion and has always been prompt and professional. On my last call to Youssef, he went above and beyond to help me fix a very serious issue with my computer, where I had a chance of losing most of my information that was on it. Youssef worked on it into the evening and the next day until he was able to solve the problem. I was so appreciative and relieved.

Dr. Geek (Youssef) is a true professional. He provides awesome customer service and is always prompt to help us with any of our home office needs. He recently built us 3 home office computers and they have worked out great for our business. We have used Dr. Geek's services for roughly 6 years now and we will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

We want to thank Youssef for the great job he did for us yesterday, cleaning up our messed up computer! He was so patient, kind, friendly and SO knowledgeable the whole 4 hours he was here! We also enjoyed conversing with him throughout the job...we both have a love of travel! I highly recommend Youssef for any job you have and he will now be our go-to guy for any future problems! And very reasonable rates as well!! We are very happy with what he did to speed up & clean up our computer! - Erika E. Répondre

Thank you Colin at Fatal Exceptions! Right from our first meeting it was pretty clear that you strive on providing great quality customer service. It has been terrific working with someone so reliable and creative making it fun with great ideas. Started out with a few questions to get some ideas from me, you ran with it and created exactly what i imagined. Something simple and not so busy. Today we launched the web page for Grosvenor Coin Laundry & Done For You Services. I can’t tell you how excited I am for the business and staying in touch with you for future updates and additions. Cheers to Keeping It Clean.

Colin has always come to the rescue! We recently had a server breach where an external bot somehow gained access to our server... and it started using our server resources for anything and everything other than its intended purpose! I was locked out from the backend. As soon as we found out, Colin immediately got to work (Friday evening) and he was able to implement a solution. By Saturday morning everything was back to normal. If you're looking for IT assistance, stop your search because you've found your guy! Thanks again Colin.

Thank You Colin for all your extra work and efforts with our website and helping make dreams come true.
