Best place to go to get your phone fixed!! The associated are so helpful and kind. My mom had dropped her phone in water and had water damage. We knew she had to get a new phone but we wanted to get all her photos from her old phone. The associate was able to get her phone working just enough to transfer all of the stuff on her old phone to her new phone which is exactly what we were hoping for. 100/10 service.

Got a screen replacement for my S21 ultra and was very happy with the timely, friendly service as well as a good deal on a case. Replacement was by no means cheap but was more reasonable than other locations. Would definitely recommend as they have genuine parts.

My Samsung phone was not charging. Came to replace charging port but they solved the problem without replacing the port. Very courteous and plan to use them for all repairs, accessories and plans.

I recently had an intermittent noise issue with my Google Pixel Pro, and SNR did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. They quickly identified the cause and took effective corrective action. It's been 2 weeks since I got my phone back, and I'm pleased to say it's working perfectly now. Their service was efficient, professional, and the staff was friendly throughout. I highly recommend SNR for any cell phone repairs.

Took my phone in for a new screen, and SNR completed the job very quickly and for a reasonable cost. I also needed the photo screen replaced, so they ordered the part, and I returned a few days later for that repair. When I asked about payment, I was told I had already paid for both repairs! A great repair shop, and honest people! Highly recommended.
