I received fast friendly service. I was very impressed with how quickly Noll responded to my request and was able to quickly provide me with a new air conditioning unit, especially during the heat of the summer! The workers were friendly and polite. They explained everything. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was totally satisfied with their work! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Well done as usual! Cody is an efficient, task oriented professional who carries out his responsibilities with confidence and knowledge. He explains what has been done, and if any, he details any concerns he might have. As a followup Cody asks if there are any questions which is much appreciated.

The best customer service always. From first call for service to the actual technician service. Fast friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them. If you don't have a maintenance plan you really should it's worth the price. Thank you from both Mark and I.

I am writing to express my appreciation to one of your employees for a job well done. During a furnace tune up on September 19 your Technician performed many functions that I noticed were previously neglected by our former service provider. He informed me that during the last tune up on September 19, 2010 the serviceman had installed the incorrect nozzle along with other issues. It certainly gives one peace of mind knowing that everything on a furnace is adjusted properly and functioning at maximum efficiency. As a result of his excellent work I have passed on a recommendation to a neighbour, who I expect will be calling you shortly to make an appointment. I am very pleased with this service and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Fern's recently installed a heat pump to heat and cool my office. The office staff were quick to respond to my initial inquiries and Gilles and his team did a great job on the install. They were fast, professional, courteous and tidy. And the unit they installed is exactly what I was hoping for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We would like to express our appreciation for installing our furnace and air conditioner. The installers were very professional. Our phone calls were answered and messages were returned. The installers arrived on time and work was completed very efficiently. I would highly recommend Fern’s Heating.

I highly recommend Dave's Heating and Cooling for their exceptional HVAC services. Their professional technicians promptly resolved our issue, and their workmanship is top-notch. However, the billing practices could use some improvement, as a "diagnostic charge" was applied for a quick, 20-minute assessment, and we were billed for full hours for both the diagnostic and installation which combined would have been less than an hour. Other HVAC companies often offer free diagnostics. For better transparency, a detailed explanation of their billing structure would be appreciated. Despite this, their work is exceptional, and I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars.

I've been with Dave's Heating for 3 years now. The staff are friendly and great to deal with, the technicians are very professional and respectful of personal property and space, and the price fits the quality of service. I would highly recommend Dave's Heating for all your heating and A/C needs! A special shout out to Dustyn, who is fairly new to the team. It was a pleasure meeting you today...thanks for the great service on my furnace's annual maintenance...I wish you success in your career with Dave's Heating! Keep safe.

Have used Dave's Heating twice now and I am very pleased with the quickness of service from start to finish, not just the service people but also the office staff. All very helpful, easy to talk too when explaining things on what and what not to do. I highly recommend this company.
