I highly recommend Western Pacific. One of our best-ever experiences with a service company and technician! The company’s customer service was exceptional from our first inquiry through to the completion of the work. Our 3 year old HVAC had gotten noisy and Connor was able to quickly diagnose the exact issue (it needed a replacement blower motor). Then he was clear and accurate about his estimate of cost for work to be done. Their pricing is very fair and affordable. [Just a note: I appreciated that they included a photo of Connor with their "technician is on his way" message today—that’s so considerate in these times of having to worry about who might be at the door!] A big thank you to Connor for his expertise and friendly, considerate professionalism. It was a pleasure to talk with him while he was in our home. He was so patient with our questions and concerns and was able to address all of them. Best of all, our HVAC is running SO much better than it was! Thank you again.

I recently had my heat pump installed by Western Pacific HVAC and I couldn't be happier with the service. The technicians were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and ensured the system was installed perfectly. Since the installation, my home has been more way more comfortable. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC services.

Western Pacific HVAC has revitalized our 7+year old AC unit and got it running again in just 2 visits. I want to personally thank Connor for his professionalism, technical expertise as well as patience, and Casey for her thorough explanations as well as meticulous planning. Can't recommend them enough.

I was looking into serving my furnace and air conditioning HVAC systems as both hadn't been serviced in two years. Bobby arrived at the requested time, serviced my furnace and AC, and cleaned both locations after working on both systems. Recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC services. Will continue their furnace and AC services.

When I needed a new cooling system, I choose This Company for the installation. Not only were their prices competitive, but the quality of their work was exceptional. The technicians were skilled and efficient, ensuring a seamless installation. I'm extremely pleased with their service and the cool comfort of my home.

Super friendly service. I asked for them to recharge my mini split air conditioning/heat pump in the winter but they said it wouldn't be possible to accurately do the job. Rescheduled for spring. The HVAC tech came and was super professional and friendly. Air conditioner runs amazing now! Thanks.

We found Reid Brothers to be professional, efficient, and very reliable. From the beginning of our three projects to the end, their team has been most thorough. I was contacted by Brian, their Project Manager, at the beginning of our projects. He stayed in touch and walked us through every step of the way from start to finish. He told us what to expect and when service would start and end. He also did follow-ups upon completion of the projects. Technicians, Richard and Sam came in to check on our gas furnace and hot water heater (the latter had a slow leak), and to check on our kitchen sink tap which needed replacement. They also connected our new fire pit to our existing gas line. Not only did they do a thorough job of all three, but they went the extra mile - while Richard worked on checking the furnace and hot water tank, Sam finished setting up the partially completed fire pit for us. Both were extremely professional, courteous and congenial. Technicians, Tom and Matt came in to install the tankless water heater which we opted to have put in. They too were extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, very thorough, and completed the project in a timely and efficient manner. We are very pleased with the entire team of professionals at Reid Brothers, and we would recommend them highly.

We have always had issues of not enough hot water and heat due to a seemingly complex heating system for several years. All concerns have finally been resolved thanks to a highly experienced and competent company that takes the time to explain the underlying reasons and how to solve them!!!) My family can now finally live in comfort and always know who to rely on for their professionalism! Thank you sooooo much Reid Brothers. Customers for life.

I want to thank Reid Brothers once again for being there when I have needed them. I have been calling them for five years, as everyone in our apartment building also does. They are always professional on the phone and in person. When I had my most recent plumbing issue they showed up quickly and efficiently, on time, and did a beautiful job. Very reasonable fees as well. This is wonderful customer service and care and I will definitely be calling the team the next time I need any plumbing or heating systems work done. Thank you again to all.
