Very professional and knowledgeable. I got 3 estimates to remove 16 very tall aspens that were beside my house and garage and surrounded by other trees I was keeping. I was pretty nervous about the whole endeavour. The estimator that came was the only one to ask me specific questions, like how close my cistern was, where the other lines were, etc. which made me feel like they put safety first and knew what they were doing. I was very encouraged by that alone to go with them, so I was even happier when their quote was so well priced! The actual tree remover team that came was excellent! Very smooth operation, efficient and conscientious. They cleaned up the yard so well after, you wouldn’t have known they had put 16 trees through a wood chipper! They were hard working and all so friendly. What a great experience dealing with this company from start to finish! Highly recommend!
This was my first time using this business. They were a recommendation through a community link in our area. Adam came out to give me an estimate of our tree and cost, complete with pictures. He was thorough, prompt and quick. I decided to go ahead with the work and was not disappointed at all. They were prompt, thorough and did a wonderful job of the actual pruning but also cleanup. Prices are amazing - I have paid a lot more for mediocre work in the past. I also really like that they send pictures along with the work completed. I appreciate that. Will definitely use again.
We just had the fellows from Capital Tree Service prune and trim 4 large trees in our back yard. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They gave us a detailed quote last fall and recommended we wait until early spring to have the work done. In April I hired Buzz Cut to prune my too tall apple tree. I wanted it cut more than the recommended 1/3 of the tree. Tom was very knowledgeable and we discussed what could happen…I still wanted it cut. Tree looks great, is blossoming and I’ll be able to reach and pick apples this summer! I highly recommend Tom and his crew..all were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and thoroughly cleaned up after they finished. B. Rasmussen
Tom provided excellent customer service, was prompt with his responses and price was very reasonable for a large silver leaf willow tree I had trimmed. He trimmed and shaped the tree beautifully and his team cleaned up the yard afterwards 100%. Tom had me come out and look at the tree at all angles after he was done ensuring it was to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend Buzz Cut Tree Service.
Tom was great. He came out quickly to assess our overgrown hedges and I had a quick quote back. We chose to go with Buzz Cut because Tom was very knowledgeable with his suggestions of what he thought would be best, but also open to my concerns of the end product. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and competitive. The work was done quickly, and exactly as we had discussed. The clean up was also done very well. I will absolutely use them again in the future and would recommend.

HORIZON ARBORIST AVIS
We needed 4 tall (~40') Aspens removed from our yard ASAP as a large branch (20') had fallen off and landed on our deck. Gavin came by and took the branch away a few hours after we called and then removed the 4 trees a couple of days later. There was very little room to work (~6' between deck and fence) but nothing was damaged and the ground where the trees were growing now looks like fresh earth. Very professional, courteous and responsive.
Gavin and his crew removed 4 columnar aspens very close to our garage and the neighbors as well as 3 large cedars. He did an excellent job removing the trees without having to go into the neighbors yard and cleaned up with no trace of the trees being there. He was very professional and I would definitely hire him again. Pam
Gavin did great work and we would highly recommend him. Very professional, knowledgeable and versatile. Horizon trimmed our birch tree that was hitting our neighbors house, cut down and removed a mountain ash, and grinded 4 of our stumps. Excellent clean up too. 10/10
