3 Meilleurs Systèmes De Sécurité à Kelowna, BC

We have a security system which is supported by Securitas Technology (formerly Stanley Security). We contacted Securitas, as our security system was no longer fully operational. When troubleshooting over the telephone proved unsuccessful, Securitas arranged for their new service rep in the Okanagan to give us a call to book a service visit. Paul from Spy vs Spy contacted us within 48 hours to book the appointment; within 72 hours he had assigned his IT Technician, Kevin, to the service call. Kevin’s knowledge base, critical thinking skills, use of available resources are exceptional. He takes time to listen, explore and explain his troubleshooting methodology, as well as answer our questions. The glitch in our system was rare, but Kevin resolved it during the service call. We experienced outstanding customer service!.

Super neat store, they have everything. I was able to buy stickers saying video surveillance, to put on my trailers and windows to deter people from breaking in. They have lots of stash cans, even stash propane tank which are super cool. Very knowledgeable gentleman that works/owns place. Organization of place was top notch, plus clean. Highly recommend for anyone to go there even if just ask questions and understand how cameras work because there is tons of different kinds and allows you to pick what's right for you.

I had security camera problems and spy fixed them in no time at all. I would definitely seek out their services again. fast friendly and a week later no problems with my security system 100%.

I had my alarm system installed, and I never had such great service as I did from this company. They made me feel very comfortable and the system works wonderful and it was explained to me and I had no questions at the end. I was very confident and I would recommend this company anytime. The technician they sent out, definitely knew what he was doing, and he was very confident and knowledgeable to any of my questions that was a wonderful feeling that I had somebody knowing what he was doing.

We hired Eyecom Security last year to install a security alarm and camera system for our business. John came out for the estimate, he was great to deal with, honest and reliable. We felt very comfortable with John and his team at Eyecom Security, we went with them, and let’s just say we are very happy with the work they did, and we recommended them to friends and family. Thanks, Eyecom Security!.

I cannot recommend Eyecom Security highly enough. After experiencing such outstanding service for our home security system, we hired them to look after our business . John and his team know their stuff. They're knowledgeable, professional and strive to please their customers. This is a well-run, excellent company.

Very happy with the security system set up for our home and business by Liberty Security. We have a few vehicles, equipment, and numerous tools that made security an important issue for us. Mitch was great in explaining the options to us and was very honest about what we needed and what we didn't. The system is really easy to manage and we love being able to use our phones to monitor and control everything, it's so convenient!.

Adam was great to work with; very knowledgeable and knows how to set up a stellar security system for your needs without breaking the bank. I am often asked by my clients whom I would recommend to have a security system installed at their new home, and until I met Adam, I didn't feel confident recommending anyone. Now I am finally able to happily and confidently refer Adam and Liberty Security to all my clients!.

Mitch and his install team did a great job- the walk through and recommendations for our house made sense along with the cost breakdown for our peace of mind. The install was efficient and we were given plenty of time to "practice" before the tech left the house. All in all would recommend Liberty Security if you are looking for home protection.
