JACS Bistro

We arrived without a reservation and knew nothing about this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! A very excellent and diverse menu and very well priced, a rarity these days among good eateries. All four of us had different menu choices and we all raved about the quality of our dishes. Service was great from our very pleasant server. We ate on the patio but having seen the interior on our way to it, it appeared very comfortable. We will definitely return.

We went there for a Christmas dinner with a group of 6. The server was knowledgeable, attentive and with good sense of humour. Our drinks were served quickly, but we had to wait a good while for the food to arrive. However it was all worthwhile. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The portions were perfect. We all shared amazing salted caramel cheesecake for dessert. The server had no problem giving us separate bills. The restaurant has great ambiance and made a long drive from the city worth it. It’s a beautiful place with charm and amazing food and service. Would go back anytime.

The food was very good. I was worried that it would be expensive because of how it looked but the menu was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the tomato soup. It was lovely.
