WESTMOUNT MEMORIAL CELEBRATION CENTRE REVIEWS

When our son ended his life at the age of 22, we didn't know what to do or how to even begin the process of a funeral. Dave was beyond helpful and truly went way above and beyond to ensure we could give our son the send off he deserved. He even created a scene where our other sons could be pallbearers and they were able to put our son in the Hurst and watched as they drove away. Because we had our son cremated, there was no need for pallbearers but Dave understood that our other sons needed to be able to do it so he made it happen. Thank you so very much for everything you did and everything extra you did. It means more than words can say.

The staff at Westmount Centre in Kitchener, Ontario, were the best! Extremely compassionate to our family, very helpful in making sure that everything was in order and our mothers personal details were looked after. We were so pleased with how natural and beautiful our mother looked. Thank you so much.

Every person we encountered from the start to finish was professional, respectful, kind and compassionate. The entire process was taken care of with class and dignity and all of the staff made us feel we were in good hands… and we definitely were. Even the caterers were top notch!

I highly recommend the Henry Walser Funeral Home for their services. I cannot express how professional, kind, understanding the entire team was when planning my mom’s funeral. The entire team came through for me and my family during this very difficult time in our lives and allowed us to have a great funeral service my mom deserved to honour her. Simply put, professional experts that are very pleasant to work with. Thanks again Henry and team for all your support in planning and executing on the funeral services for my mom.

Was an amazing experience inside of something so sad and difficult to process. The sensitivity, kindness, professionalism, and authentic care that was shown to myself and my family was not expected to this degree. I never felt pressured or being sold anything but rather was guided and supported. The livestream was amazing and it was so comforting for our family that could not be in person. It was a beautiful place of rest and really made everything complete for us. Thank you Henry Walser for making our experience one we will treasure in our hearts as it brought us such peace. Highly recommend.

Highly recommending this exceptional funeral home. When my grandfather died and the plan was to bury him outside of Canada, they were a huge help with all the paperwork and arrangements. Not to mention how quick they were with getting things done. I also really admired the amount of respect they showed for the family and for my grandfather. I was truly touched! All of this put together made a hard day a little bit easier.

We had a great experience working with April. She responded to all our questions and answers in this very difficult times. April is very friendly helpful, knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. Highly recommend.
