My father passed recently. He and his partner lived in the Falls. His partner was familiar with Morse & Son and it close for her and not far for myself. When I walked in, it was so beautiful, comfortable and interesting. There are amazing little gems the more you look around. Dayna was brave enough to take us on. I really wanted to take in this moment with him. His wish being cremation, I was fully aware it could be hard. I was prepared for whatever would be tattooed in my mind, more time with him is a fair gamble. There was so much chaos building around me. Dayna walked me in, and there was his beautiful face. It was one of those gifts that steals the air from your chest. A kindness that makes thank you feel useless. Replacing my imagine of him just days ago. I took in the moment and it was peaceful. Perhaps the only peaceful one that week, so it become so much more important. Dayna did everything possible for him. I will carry that kindness with me while I struggle through the rest. Dayna thank you for your grace. Thank you for making it a little easier on us, which probably made it harder on you. All of the people who put in time, who went out of your way, thank you. I owe more than 5 stars to this place.

These people are just Saints! They took such such good care of my Granny Maureen, and handled everything. They even helped sort out another loved one that was pre-passed for nothing. Dayna was such a kind soul. If you ever have to make these poor decisions about your loved ones, Please send your Loved ones here. These people are just Saints.

Heatherington & Dean's took great care of our family in one of the hardest moments of losing our Mom. Holly and staff were amazing to answer all questions and even give advice on days to come. I can't express the amount of relief the staff gave us in our time of grieving and mourning I will be forever thankful. Professional, caring and informative everything we needed.
