Let me just say I am very happy with the service that has been provided to me since I have been storing my stuff with Vaultra Storage. I have used a few facilities before and this by far was the best experience. Very clean well monitored and staff are friendly. They are very accommodating and helpful. When I first rented a unit 2 ladies at the front greeted me, Michelle was the one to assist me and has been helping me ever since. She was sure to let me know about the deals when I first came in which was very helpful to me. Throughout my time there I never had any issues. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their items. No hassle, no fuss and no worries. Customer service is wonderful and Michelle has been wonderful to me. Thank you Michelle for making this process as smooth as can be your kindness has meant more than you know to me.

Excellent storage facility, I believe I have had my unit there over a year. It's a clean storage facility, many options on sizes, heated/ no heated the customer service is amazing. All staff Michelle, Allen, and Debby are so great.

Zero complaints about using their facility - unit was clean upon arriving, communication was great, process was smooth.

I have used Apple Storage before in the past and it was such an easy, great experience. Even now as we are moving again- we choose using this storage facility because of how accommodating the staff are. There are other storage places closer to us but we’d rather drive the longer distance to work with these guys. Recommend to anyone looking for long term affordable storage. :).

Exceptional service we needed a unit in a hurry and the staff at Apple Self storage in Niagara Falls came through for us. Nice clean secure facility with knowledgeable and super friendly staff, I would definitely recommend Apple to all my friends.

Easy to rent and access, invoices and receipts could be emailed. The locker kept our belongings dry, clean and had no sign of any pests for over 6 months. It felt safe and well-lit in the evenings. We had a unit open to the lane ways and it could be navigated with a trailer or truck.

My husband LUCKILY found our spot at Stanley Self Storage. Not easy finding a storage unit to begin with and I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with ALL of the grounds . We are SAFE and SECURE there without worry. Carol is always there for us and is FANTASTIC at her job.

Carol was amazing to work with. She listened to our needs and discussed our options. Excellent customer service.
