From start to finish during this difficult process, Jim was outstanding. His honest nature came naturally, and we were made to feel comforted whether it was in the office, at home on the phone, or through emails and texts. Jim always responded with ‘an oasis of serenity’ amidst the circumstances we were facing. Being our first time having to go through this process, the guidance we were given was phenomenal. Everything went smoothly considering the state of sorrow we endeavored with our great loss.
