SMITH FUNERAL HOME REVIEWS

I attended a memorial service yesterday at this place. It's a beautiful big funeral home with a big parking lot. The viewing room was a great size with plenty of seating for everybody who attended the ceremony. The staff were very friendly and polite. The ladies washroom had toiletries available including mouthwash and even tampons plus little packs of tissue. Whatever you needed was provided. There was cold water available to wet your whistle in the viewing room which was a nice touch. It was easy to find which was nice since I had a 2 hour drive to get there. I did call when I pulled in because the place is quite big and I wanted to make sure I entered in the correct door. A very friendly woman answered the phone and was happy to help me.

Very friendly, caring, helpful staff. Facilities are immaculately clean. Best Funeral Home serving Sarnia Lambton. Also everything can be done here.. Visitations, Funeral Service and the luncheon afterwards. They have everything covered.

The Smith family are wonderful people. They treat everyone who enters their business like family. I would highly recommend their services.

Very kind and friendly staff. When my brother passed away in Australia, they coordinated bringing his ashes back to Canada with great efficiency. I gave them the name of the Australian funeral home and D.J.Robb handled everything from then on and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend this funeral home.

We had the Celebration of Life for my Dad and the whole team at DJ Robb's went above and beyond in service. They were helpful and professional throughout the planning and staging of the service. Our family is very appreciative of their assistance and kindness.

The people who run the place are very comforting and helpful. They have been in Sarnia for decades and have the experience to assist you during a very difficult time.

Cam has done services for my family as well as pet cremation for myself. He is so kind, empathetic and just genuinely very professional. I couldn’t recommend anyone more.
