Merry and Nadine are beyond amazing. I can't say enough about them! They go above and beyond to help me in any way they can. The new security features are a great upgrade! Stopping by the office to have a chat is something I look forward to whenever I visit my unit. I've been here for 6 years and I have never had an issue with the staff, or the units, themselves. Thank you ladies, for all you do.

For me, listing and selling my house in Point Edward was stressful but having access storage close by was so convenient for all of my packing needs as well as a very clean storage space. I was able to run back and forth at my convenience to clean out the house when I had the time. Professional, clean and trustworthy gets it a 5 star review from me.

I absolutely LOVE the way this business is run. You will not be disappointed. I had a really bad experience with my moving company trying to rip me off and make me pay double During the unloading process. She stepped in a helped me out and stay there with me as a second voice/witness it seem to help me on my end. I would 100% use them again and recommend all to do the same. When I no longer needed their services it wasn’t a hassle at all I was on my way with well wishes . I loved everything about this business and the way it’s run. You can’t beat great service, great prices, clean units.

I have been a customer for over 2 years. Highly Recommend, it is a great location for contractors. Units are clean, we have easy access and gate is secure. Michelle, the Onsite Manager is great to deal with, always nice to deal with the same person and she knows the business well.

Great Storage Facilty. Michelle is amazing to deal with. Friendly and accommodating. Love this place.

Excellent U-Haul! The staff at the front desk is amazing. The lady is so nice, runs a tight ship. Making every excellent. The guys helped me were excellent on my check in. I was worried, just basic moving anxiety, so I stopped in a few days before my appt. They were very helpful and informative. Super clean! Organized like I never see. I have moved every 2 years for the last 20 years. I have seen a lot of U-Hauls lol Great Crew! Be good to them.

I love the customer service here they are great whether your truck breaks down or the in store customer service. They are fast and quick, my only complaint is the price. It's a bit pricy between the rental, the extras for the dollys the limited mileage you get with it and then you have to fill it up before coming back to the original amount that was in it. They are not cheap to fill. But again, overall, if you need it, it's not bad at all. Very good customer service as mentioned.

Great customer service!! Made our stressful move alot easier...thank you.
