The bracket which raises and lowers our double wide garage door broke. Called Up-Rite on the weekend and left a message. Matt Mitro contacted me Monday came out the same day and gave me some options to fix or replace the door. I chose the repair option and the next day they arrived and completed a full inspection and repair. They replaced the rollers, installed a new bracket & lubricated the door, which now works better than before. We are very pleased with their service.
