We lost our wonderful papa, and it was a horrible time for us. Even with my dad's ahead planning for his funeral, we were at a loss for what was needed. There were still many decisions that needed to be made. Vickie Siu from Valley View Funeral Home & Cemetery has been an amazing supporter throughout this difficult period. She guided us through each step of the process and helped us understand the cultural traditions we needed to follow. After the funeral, she followed up with us to make sure everything was taken care of and that the headstone was put together correctly. Without her, our family would have been lost. We are truly grateful for her compassionate and dedicated support.

Just recently completed the interment of my mother's ashes following her graveside service at Valley View Cemetery. Arrangements were done with Austin Johnston who could not have been more helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. What he had promised was delivered. Covered structure was put up along with chairs for the guests. They even had a sign showing the named of my mom and the service time. The urn vault was beautifully displayed on the front table which was large enough to accommodate other personal items. Corey and another one of the maintenance staff were also very attentive to my special request prior to lowering the vault. The staff at Valley View are excellent and accommodating. A great group of people to work with, given the circumstances. The maintenance and upkeep provided to the grounds is up-to-standard, externally and internally to the buildings. Vickie in particular was extremely helpful and informative, despite a few changes in the scheduling and procedures. Grateful for how everything went!
