Manik came back for a second trip to replace the PRV in my townhome, he identified it as close to failure during an unrelated plumbing issue. He came quickly, fixed it quickly, and prevented further issues with the water system in my home. Second time using Milani in a week, fair price, quick fix, and great customer service.

Amrinder installed a new electric hot water tank for us, for less then I expected to pay and finished the job quickly. All the copper joints look great and I appreciate the craftsmanship, very happy with his work.

Manik adjusted and replace old the plumbing for our new sink. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. For our future plumbing needs, we will be calling Milani and asking for Manik.

I highly recommend JJ&A Plumbing for their dependable service and professional approach.

JJ&A were great to work with. In the span of one week, they quoted the replacement of my old hot water tank and boiler system and completed the installation of my new high efficiency combination boiler. The work was well executed and the communication through the project was excellent. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

We had a surprise hot water tank leak, and JJ&A Mechanical came through for us immediately. They responded quickly and had the new tank installed the very next morning—leaving us with no downtime. Fast, professional, and reliable service. Highly recommend!

Blake from Moe's came for a same day service for a leak in my furnace room, he even called and came by earlier than originally booked. I also appreciated getting a text in advance with his picture so I knew who to expect. My home has old polyB plumbing and is sold - the next owner is redoing all the plumbing in a month, so I just needed a short term fix for one section. Blake took a look, gave me a quote and got to fixing. He removed the faulty section, connected new pax to a partial pax already in place from the tankless hot water system and showed me the updates he did and gave me opportunities to ask more plumbing questions. Blake was professional, friendly and really nice to work with. He even told me about how the tankless system has an impact on older pipes- something my original installers never told me! Anyway, thank goodness for the smooth and fast fix so I can get back to moving! My only wish is that I had used Moe's in prior years instead of just finding them as I move away from the lower mainland.

Nolan really knew his work. He let me know step by step what he had found and the what work had to be done . But what made it a joy was his polite and courteous manner as he set about completing the task at hand.

This team was super responsive, easy to communicate and work with and they’re very prompt with their work. Definitely would recommend working with them if you need a plumber quick. Prices are pretty nominal, so expect to spend more than a few hundred bucks. But they do great work.
