I had a great service guy for years and when he retired he gave me Rob's name at Dunrite Spa & Pool Service. I have called Rob at Dunrite a couple of times now and he has always been straight up honest and effective at diagnosing and fixing the hot tub issues I have asked him to look at. Very happy with the service.

Rob gave us excellent service! We needed a pool pump part supplied and installed. We did not know anyone to do this but we contacted Dun-Rite Spas & Pools. He was very reliable, got the part supplied and installed on the date he said he would as well as a follow up service call for an additional part installation. Very knowledgeable and reliable!very reasonable price as well.

Have had Rob/Dun-rite repair the controls for our old hot tub at least 3 times. Rob is an experienced technician who provides expert service at a reasonable cost. Will continue to use his service.

Very knowledgeable staff, and also very patient, they answered all my questions and took the time to explain to me different maintenance procedures for our parent's pool in Burnaby. Thank you I will definitely recommend you.

A big THANK YOU to C Blue team and especially to Brian that helped me keep my pool perfect all summer. Brian is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in giving me advise on maintaining my pool. Because of his great service we will be coming back for all our pool needs.

Prompt and courteous service and they solved my problem immediately on short notice, very friendly and easy to deal with! highly recommend working with them.

We are extremely grateful for Pond’s expert pool leak detection services. We have used one other company before to try and help us figure out why our pool was leaking and they were not thorough and we wasted money on useless fixes. Even after a complete liner replacement our pool was still leaking. Pond’s was recommended to us and they were booked solid but just happened to have an opening. It wasn't an easy leak to find but Brandon was obsessed with finding it. They were extremely thorough and kept us informed and communicated their findings to the liner specialists. If your pool is leaking you need to hire them.

Pond's Pool and Spa provided outstanding service from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and diagnosing and repairing our hot tub issue was smooth and seamless. Communication throughout was excellent—the service technicians took the time to clearly explain the problem, which helped build trust, especially when you're not familiar with the technical details. Highly recommend, keep up the great work.

Liner replacement - great job, super friendly, knowledgeable crew; turnaround time super fast (once the liner was produced by the supplier)
