My father died on a Saturday afternoon. Someone was there to take my call immediately and make our family an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Sam was so supportive and very professional. He put our family at ease during this difficult time. Sam understood what we needed and were looking for. He gave us great ideas and recommended a minister who made herself readily available. She met with us later that day to discuss the service. On the day of the funeral, Sam was so kind and understanding. Our family came too early from out of town, but Sam handled the situation with diplomacy. The entire staff were so professional, very kind and approachable. We would highly recommend this funeral home to anyone of any religion or culture.

I had the best experience possible. Michael and Nicole were amazing to deal with; very compassionate and professional. They took care of all of my requests after the unfortunate passing of my wife. I would Recommend this funeral home over some of the larger funeral homes as there is a great "small-town" feel that makes you feel like you're getting their undivided attention.

Sadly my family has needed the services of the funeral home twice over the last few years. Both times we had Nicole Stimson assist us. Nicole is a caring person who is supportive. I dont hesitate to recommend this home.

Back in January, unfortunately, my wife passed away. Mount Lawn met with me promptly and as difficult as it was to prepare the service and burial arrangements, the people that arranged everything were amazing. Lindsey, the Funeral Service Director, showed so much compassion and care to ensure details regarding the service were captured correctly. She took her time to review with me the various options. I also wanted to acknowledge Carley, who was the person responsible on the day of to ensure everything went smoothly and the service was carried out with the utmost respect and care. Finally, I wanted to mention Jocelyn, the Pre-Planning Director. After meeting with Lindsey I met with Jocelyn who, was nothing short of caring, supportive and compassionate. She understood it was a difficult time and she made sure that I understood everything and showed great kindness. She is a wonderful human being, who to this day as well as Lindsey, continue to show their genuine care and support for me. I cannot thank these amazing ladies enough for the care, respect and love they showed and continue to show for my late wife. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I know my wife loves you for it too.

The service we received at Mount Lawn was truly exemplary: The Family Services Director Richard Lorenzin went out of his way to help us with our queries. He was attentive, kind, patient, understanding, thorough and very tactful. He took the time to find out what we needed, and found answers to all our questions in a timely and efficient manner. We were most pleased with the superior service we received from both Richard and the other staff who greeted us at Mount Lawn. A very positive experience all around, Thank you.

Had a couple meetings with Jocelyn over the past couple years, and she just amazed us with her help, kindness and understanding. She made everything easier for us with all that had to be done.
