We had an emergency today and had no water. After calling 2 other companies and getting no results, we called FR Plumbing. They responded quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. We needed a new well pump so Felix informed us of the work to be done and the cost. He and a coworker got to work quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. Felix was knowledgeable, courteous and fair. The price was reasonable and well below what another company quoted us earlier in the day. We would not hesitate to recommend Felix and FR Plumbing to anyone in need of their services and will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs we have in the future. Nick the technician/plumber was pleasant, courteous & knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the leak. He clearly outlined with costs the 2 steps he might need to take to repair the problem & then proceeded to replace the gasket once I’d agreed to the price & procedure. His workspace was kept neat & tidy. He worked quietly & efficiently & did a fine job.
