ACCESS STORAGE WHITBY REVIEWS

The staff are very friendly and they set us up with a good size unit. Although we only used it for a few months, we had no issues accessing the storage unit when we needed to. It's kept very clean inside and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good indoor storage.

My experience with using the services at Access Storage was amazing. The staff are professional, friendly and always super helpful and respectful. Amanda and Lindsay are incredible! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I recently rented a unit here and couldn't be happier with the experience. The facility is clean, well maintained and safe. A special thanks to Laurie, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Laurie went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with my storage unit choice. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of storage solutions. Thanks again to Laurie and the entire team.

I have stored my stuff here since Jan 2021. The units are great and so is the staff! They are so helpful and work with you on anything you need. Highly recommend :).

Great location with easy access to flatbed dollies for moving items around... very spacious and the staff are extremely helpful...a good place to store items.

SMARTSTOP SELF STORAGE WHITBY REVIEWS

We recently needed a temporary storage, while our house purchase closed. The SmartStop facility at Brock Street and Taunton in Whitby was an excellent solution. The facility was very modern clean and secure. The loading and unloading bays were inside and so easy to access. The facility had lots of moving carts. The on site staff were so helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone. I would certainly use them again.

The staff made my move ten times smoother. They took me through the rental process in detail and answered all my questions with so much patience. The facilities are the cleanest from all the storage places I've been to so far as well. Props to the team for their great work.

Easy to book online and got a great price. Staff Jake was great to deal with. The facility is very clean and secure. Would like to see more carts available. Also be prepared to buy a cylinder lock from them for $20 as the Whitby location only uses this type of lock.
