The family would like to express our sincere appreciation for the compassion, empathy and helpfulness that Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home demonstrated during the planning of our mother's funeral. From our first meeting, Terry, the funeral director, went out of his way to accomodate our wishes. Terry made sure that our mother's funeral proceeded with as little stress as possible to family members during this very difficult time. Thank you Terry.

My gratitude to the lovely staff of the KTCFH in Oakville. They did a huge favour for me by holding the remains of a relative for a while. Everyone was kind and efficient which removed a lot of stress from me. To everyone I spoke with about this issue, I say thank you very much for your professionalism.

Can't say enough about Kopriva and absolutely all the staff there! And I mean ALL the staff! ???? This is our 3rd time using Kopriva and I wouldn't go any where else even though I am not living in Oakville. My mom passed during Covid and we were finally able to honour her life with a Memorial and Celebration of her Life! It's been a rough time because we also lost my sister 5 months ago and absolutely everyone at Kopriva was so accommodating, patient, kind and went the extra mile to say the least! Thank you to James and Sue specifically for "the day of" coordination! I will always be grateful for everything you did.
