Boss leather was the BEST choice! We were referred to them by friends who raved about their experience and their couch so we made the trek (beautiful drive though) to Boss Leather in Bolton and were blown away by the customer service. With kids and a dog we needed quality! We actually ordered a custom couch that day. Robert helped us decide on the leather, shape, details etc... and we were so impressed when it arrived. Its stunning, incredible quality and comfortable. We even had a little snag during delivery and Robert made sure we were 100 percent happy. Real family run business type values! Run to Boss Leather in Bolton!

We reached out to Boss Leather to help us design our couch – we had looked for months and couldn’t find what we were looking for. After booking a consultation appointment with Rob we were able to design exactly what we had envisioned. Rob was knowledgeable, helpful and was able to bring the concept we had in our heads to life. The construction and quality of the couch is absolutely fantastic – from start to finish (including the delivery of the couch) the service was amazing. Thank you for everything!

Had our new custom couches delivered today and they are everything and more that we expected. From dealing with the owner and the explanation of leathers and padding choices - to the superb choice of designs and colours, it was a pleasure to deal with Boss Leather in the selection phase. Delivery was excellent and zero issues.

We dealt directly with Art and right away he knew what our vison was for every single piece of furniture we needed to complete our home. Every piece was custom made and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the service to the quality of their product, these are unique furniture pieces that we will enjoy forever. We have received so many compliments from family and friends. So if you are looking for solid wood & Canadian made quality rustic furniture check out Lloyd's first!! Lloyds designed and created my beautiful extending dining table and matching buffet! They are gorgeous and the staff has always been wonderful. They stand behind their products. When I accidentally scratched the base of my buffet, they sent repair oil! When I moved out west and thought I lost the pins that hold up shelves in my buffet, they immediately offered to replace them for me. Excellent all around! I strongly recommend Lloyds if you’re looking for a unique piece that you will love forever and staff that are thoughtful and truly stand behind their products.

From the time we walked into the showroom until our new furniture was delivered they were very nice to deal with . The whole family ( family owned instead of a corporate box store) including the delivery guys were friendly and professional. Can’t say enough nice things about Lloyd’s furniture. They made us feel like part of the family instead of a sale. Highly recommend.

I was thrilled at the service given and the high quality of furniture. The sales staff Lucy spent an hour helping me make the right choice, no pushing but rather caring helpful attention. My furniture was delivered in a very efficient way. Would not go anyplace else now for furniture.

A fantastic local shop worth taking your time to look around. There so many different areas of the store to look at. They have everything from knickknacks, mugs and candles to bedroom and living room sets. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love this place.

Great place to buy furniture. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to redoing my living room. They have great suggestions insight and not pushy.
