To the entire staff at Sorrento, What a wonderful day! My mother hosted a family dinner in your private dining room to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Everything was perfect. The chef prepared an excellent meal which we all enjoyed. Alberto and the staff took care of all our needs, from pouring the champagne, cutting the wedding cake and seeing to our every need with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. My family and I wanted you to know how pleased and happy we all are with your wonderful staff and the amazing service we received. It made us all very happy! Especially my mom. She will never forget that day.

Sorrento Residences is a wonderful environment. We had to transition our parents as they could no longer take care of their health meals & home . From the first interaction we had my brother and I were very impressed not only with the home but with the team. They’ve been there for 2 months and all I can say is that the entire team have genuine care for these Seniors . They truly create a family feel and treat them like their own parents. They deeply care and do a wonderful job in accommodating different needs . Thank you to the team this is truly peace of mind knowing we have great support at Sorrento.

We checked mom and dad in because they were having trouble preparing meals and generally taking care of their home and health. All the staff have exceeded our every expectation. They are attentive, genuine, patient, and have often gone way beyond the call. I make it a point to share dinner on Thursdays when the pizza oven is fired up. Keep up the good work ! J.

Good morning all just a quick review on my Mom's recent stay at Bolton Mills. We were impressed with the level of professionalism and attentive care they provided, every desire and need was fulfilled making my mom' stay most enjoyable . I would highly recommend Bolton Mills to anyone , the well being of our elderly is so very precious and at Bolton Mills it is regarded with great respect. My father was one of the earlier residents at Bolton Mills and Carmelina and her team looked after him very well, and they showed a compassion for their residents to the point where my father considered them his friends and trusted them completely. Bolton Mills is a top notch retirement residence in every way from it's look and feel, to the genuine caring, compassion, professionalism and kindness of the entire team. I would highly recommend Bolton Mills as your first choice for yourself or your loved ones.

My dad was a resident and he thoroughly enjoyed. He loved the staff and they loved having him. The activities are first rate and they encourage participation during all the festivities, including the recreation room. My dad became a google wizard at the age of 91. He had a great 2 room unit and loved having people visit and showing them around the facility, often trying to get his older friends to come live there. Thank you to the staff at Bolton Mills for making his stay enjoyable.
