Exceptional Service and Quality Workmanship by Bachly Construction! We recently encountered a distressing situation when water damage from the unit above wreaked havoc on our condo floors. Thankfully, my home insurance works with Bachly Construction as their preferred contractor, which turned out to be an absolute blessing in disguise. From the get-go, Bachly Construction demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and efficiency. The entire process, from the initial estimate to the final completion, was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. They truly took charge of every aspect of the restoration, making it a stress-free experience for my wife and I. A special mention goes out to our project manager, Patrick, whose exceptional communication skills and attention to detail ensured that everything ran smoothly. He went above and beyond, coordinating with condo management and security to navigate the condo rules and by-laws and ensure timely completion of the project. From organizing the logistics of moving our belongings out and back in, to liaising with flooring contractors, electricians, general carpenters, and ensuring thorough clean-up, Patrick was there every step of the way. Thanks to Bachly Construction's dedication and expertise, my condo now looks better than ever. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their outstanding service and top-notch workmanship. Bachly construction was amazing to work with. They are so professional, caring, and they think of everything. JP was so transparent, thoughtful, and kept the communications going all through the process. Bachly’s coordinated all steps, they guided me, worked around my schedule, and always met me instead of having me run around town! Bachly Construction was hired to repair extensive damage to our garage that was caused by a car accident . Bachly was quick to come out and ensure what steps were required to get the repair underway.
