One of their sales rep, John is very accommodating and very knowledgeable with their products and was very respectful with our space while shopping. We didn't feel any pressure to commit on buying something, but we did actually bought a sectional from them. The delivery was fast and on time. Jenny was also very efficient in giving us update on when is the exact time and date of our delivery. I love the app which they shared through text message to easily locate the location of the delivery truck on the day of delivery. The sectional was perfect, we love the quality and the color! We are starting to enjoy lounging on it so as our fur-babies. Overall our experience is really good. We will come back again for sure!

I had the greatest delivery men possible! They were there twice for two seperate orders. They recalled the first one and expressed concern that the service department had not contacted me regarding a fault in my first purchase. He was more concerned than I was...I will hopefully see them again once more when they deliver my dishwasher next week. Great employees, you should really value them, they sure touted the company!

I was so pleasantly surprised by my shopping experience at Ashley Homestore. I had been shopping for a sectional and was pretty set to buy online, but Karen at Ashley changed my mind! Amazing service and truly fantastic products for better deals than anything I was looking at online. I am definitely impressed!
