I had the pleasure of dealing with Sales Associate Sandi Post while at the Langley Ashley store. Admittedly, I am a bit of a lone wolf while shopping. I typically listen to music and don’t like to be bothered. Sandi identified this immediately - told me her name and left me to wander around. She was immediately available once I had questions, and she was engaging and professional while processing my order. I would not hesitate to recommend both Sandi as well as this store. It was a completely painless endeavour and as we all know - furniture shopping can really suck the life out of you!!

We went around all the furniture stores in the Langley, BC. Not one store gave us the service like the Ashley did! We ended up going back and buying a sectional and a bunch of accessories from the sales manager! He was great! Thank you!!!!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed the experience of our purchase. Definitely check out an Ashley store for a “different” look. The “wow.”
