The best part of my experience with Monica was I did not feel pressured to buy, I was given lots of useful information and recommendations. The transaction was efficient. Absolutely amazing experience here. My sales person Brij did an excellent job of helping me furnish my home. I purchased a bed, sofa, dining table, bar stools and a dresser. They are completely honest and deliver on their promises. He was patient and available for all my questions at all time. They are not pushy at all and allow you to take your time to decide. He even followed up with a phone call or text after hours on some matters. The delivery was smooth and clean. The drivers called me in the morning for a 2 hour time frame and arrived within. They did a fantastic job. If i ever need any more furniture I will return to Jags and be sure to recommend them to any friends or family who are looking.
