This was a great buying experience. The customer service I received from start (when I phoned in with questions about how to complete an online order) to finish (helping me realize I’d built my furniture inside-out) was not frustrating at all. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

They were having a tent sale and I needed a replacement chair. They had one left! Great price and the staff was friendly. They helped me squeeze it into my hatch back before I left too.

I spoke to a representative recently about bunk beds as well as chairs for my dining room table. He was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. It's nice to talk to someone who cares about not only helping their customers, but gives excellent customer service.
