Mike was extremely helpful and prompt when I called. He was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done when he saw my stuck door and gave me the cost up front. He had my garage door fixed within 75 minutes. I was very impressed with the Mike Knowledge about the product and all required detail to complete the job. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in my network.

Mike was a professional as always! Our spring broke and Mike was able to come within 45 mins and fix it. We’ve used Mike before and will continue to use Mike for any repairs needed to our garage. His service, professionalism and also education on what and why he’s doing what he’s doing is amazing.

Amazingly fast service. Showed up in less than 1 hour after I called in the evening. Work was completed in about 40 minutes, including taking the old hardware away. Everything functions well after the work was completed. With such good service I am thinking of using them when I am going to replace my garage door entirely. - Douglas B.

Rockwood Garage Doors Inc. from start to finish gave a great experience. Very friendly reception on initial call, pleasant and helpful. A text message showing the certified technician JJ was scheduled for our repair. Our garage door original 22 yr old spring failed. JJ was able to take all our questions & we were given an exact explanation for the issue. Price options were good and JJ went to work. Before I realized it he was finished, explaining the new repairs / replacements. Keeping a maintained door helped, but the builder parts only last so long. New updates will last years, it’s quite and a warranty cover for three years. Better to have it serviced by pros like Rockwood, then questionable web sites with generic pics from a photo library. Definitely will recommend Rockwood for everyone.

After our garage door spring broke, I submitted an online request after hours and got a response within the hour. They asked if we had a vehicle trapped—very thoughtful—and once I confirmed it wasn’t urgent, they scheduled the repair promptly. The communication was top-notch: email updates, technician photos sent ahead of time, and text messages with ETA updates. The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly explained the work being done. The repair was completed efficiently and without any issues. Rockwood’s service from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love working with the team at Rockwood Garage Doors. They were extremely helpful in our door selection and colour picking. Every step of the process had emails and texts to confirm dates and times. The on site installer was a detail focussed professional. The overall experience was exactly on time and on budget promised. Thanks to the team at Rockwood Garage Doors. They are amazing and I highly recommend them.

Kathleen made booking the service fun! She is a pleasure to talk to. Rani, who came to my house to fix my garage door, was very professional, friendly, and amazingly helpful. Not only did Rani efficiently fix the things that were not working correctly, he patiently explained what had happened and the work he was doing. He even improved the way the garage opener is wired. If I could give Amana Garage Doors more than 5 stars, I would.

I just replaced our garage door using the services of Amana. I am very impressed with their services. Their price was reasonable compared to the other estimates I got, they were very responsive to my questions, they were on time, they did quality work. I have no problems recommending them.

Amana came in, removed the old doors and replaced them with a beautiful set of black insulated doors. They were very efficient. They were clean and very courteous. I was very happy with the work and the product.
