Fantastic to deal with my enclosed trailer door spring broke on my company trailer (Chad’s grass snow and more). They came out to my yard on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend to fix it all up to get me going for the holiday Monday. I had a garage door jam with the door open/ I called just before closing and the attendant Emily immediately called a crew to come over to my house as she didn't want the door left open as a potential safety issue. The crew arrived shortly after and made everything safe for the next. morning repair. The crew was very helpful and extremely skilled. The door was repaired the next morning and the bill was very reasonable. A great experience !

Absolutely pleased we stopped into the North Bay location. Recommended to my Godmother, who’s 84, at lunch today…we stopped in explained our plight and the service guys (ask for Jamie, what a beautiful person) were at the cottage 3 min behind us. Jamie got our door back online as promised, & kept Kaarina content on ‘the plan’ for new garage doors. Excellent experience so far.
