Sarah helped me with trying a class and signing up, she is super friendly and helpful with any questions I have. All other staff were very friendly as well. I tried The body combat class, it is fun and great workout, Christine is great instructor. Class space is very spacious, many parking available. Only thing is I wish they will have more classes available, like zumba and more class time slots in the afternoon/evenings.
GoodLife Fitness Georgetown Sinclair and Guelph is a very welcoming, clean, and organized Gym. It is evident that this location is managed with effectiveness as all the staff are friendly and have a strong sense of passion for fitness, coupled with desire to make a difference in people’s lives! I have had the privilege of working out at this facility throughout most of my youth and into my early and mid 20s, and have never had a negative experience. I strongly recommend going to Goodlife Fitness Georgetown Sinclair and Guelph if you have not yet had the opportunity to do so!!

STAYING ALIVE FITNESS REVIEWS
I have been attending staying alive fitness for quite a number of years now. It is always so very homey and your chances are you will meet somebody you know and also make a lot of friends there. It is now also become a wellness center where they have physical therapists and etc on site. It is certainly well worth your investigation. It is not a cold heartless gym like others but very personalized. The owner is tremendous. She's a very caring person. Also she is very knowledgeable. I recommend it highly
Leanne is an amazing coach and trainer! Never the same workout twice as she combines pilates, yoga, plyometrics, circuits, weights and cardio. Beyond the workouts, her mindset and goal setting coaching have been incredibly helpful for me. The staff are always friendly, and the gym is impeccably clean. Highly recommend! It's worth the drive to Staying Alive!
I've been a member of Staying Alive Fitness for a few years now. The staff are really helpful and non judgmental. You will feel very comfortable as you're working on your weight loss or fitness goals, and you can count on their ongoing support.
