My family has never had anything less than an excellent experience at Acton Optical. This is one of the few businesses that prides themselves on customer service. They bend over backwards to please their customers. Friendly with children, emergency repairs, warranty replacement, etc...Thank you Nancy and Nicole. Highly recommend to anyone (kids, adults, etc).

The ladies at Acton Optical are THE BEST. They always have time to help you pick the right glasses and will fix problems without question. I won't go anywhere else for my next pair. Their selection is fabulous and I'm always being asked where I get my glasses. Keep up the good work Nancy and Nicole.

Walked into Eye concept, and was immediately greeted with warm energy. I tried on different frames and brands and was not rushed. The employee I dealt with he was very knowledgeable as well. I wanted a specific YSL frame, which they didn’t have at the moment and he found it for me and shipped it to the Sherway gardens near me. Much appreciated!! People check out EYE CONCEPT FOR QUALITY SERVICE!!

Visited the store to try on a pair of Dita Mach Six sunglasses for future purchase. The associate was very friendly and helpful and the staff were very welcoming. Great experience will definitely go Dita for my sunglasses!

This store was very good, there are great discounts and the staff is super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this branch in particular.

My family and myself have been coming here for years. Dr Joseph is AMAZING. So personable, professional and thorough. Their prices are beyond reasonable and customer service is above par. Never once have I had an issue with a new prescription or set of glasses until my last visit. Two sets of lenses later I was still having issues seeing comfortably with my new glasses. The owner quickly identified the problem I was having (I had requested thinner lenses than I was used to) and he immediately fixed the issue. He was so knowledgeable he even adjusted my new frames to fit the same way my previous ones had so I was even more comfortable. If you wear and need your glasses, you know how important it is to trust the people providing them. Highly recommend putting that trust in family optical.

This place is amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. My mother’s glasses were bent and they fixed them quickly and even cleaned them. Great service when we got the glasses and then later on when more help was needed! Thank you.

Amazing glasses. They got me in same day with an emergency appointment within hours and were absolutely amazing.
