Great Experience. The clinic is clean and bright. The front desk is kind and always available when I call. Special thanks to Ghada who is professional and helped me see a doctor soon. Doctors are kind, listened to me carefully and answered all my questions. So greatful to have them in our community.

I am a regular customer of Genesis Pharmacy. The staff and ownership are unbelievably pleasant and helpful. I have never had nor has my family had a bad or mediocre experience it has always been positive. I am very thankful that they are in our neighbourhood,if you are not going there on a regular basis for your walk-in or pharmacy needs, you are losing out on incredible service.

My family doctor is here; she is so good, especially in her job. And also, the staff is amazing, helpful, and thoughtful. They really know what they are doing in terms of patient safety and patient satisfaction. I will surely recommend this walk-in clinic to my friends.

I had a fantastic experience at the pharmacy, thanks to Peter and the attentive staff. Peter was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me. The staff was always there when I needed them, providing exceptional service and support. I highly recommend this pharmacy and its dedicated owner for their outstanding customer care.

We took our daughter here a few months ago and saw Dr. Tawfik. I can't say enough nice things about him. He was so good with her and was very calm in explaining to us what he thought was going on. He even called me a few days after to check on her to make sure that she was okay. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Tawfik.

Dr Malek treats myself and my newborn aswel as my daughter when she was born. I love everything about this clinic and the care they provide. Very happy here.

I can’t say enough about his efforts. The team at Kings Cove Medical Clinic is awesome too! The front desk personnel are always friendly and do their best to accommodate you quickly. The on site pharmacy team provides excellent service and happy to take a moment to answer any of your questions. I am grateful to have such an exceptional doctor and wonderful clinic. My family is very happy to have met a doctor who has not only a lot of medical knowledge and experience but has a truly self-sacrificing spirit.
