Ascendo gym has fabulous staff and great exercise classes, the gym is really clean as they have showers there, a sauna & tanning bed. Everyone who attends the gym is very helpful & friendly

Great gym! Very clean and Covid responsible. It has everything you need whether you're just starting out or you've been at it for a while. Staff are excellent!
