I love this gym so much! I have been attending regularly since January of this year and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a change from big box gyms. The front desk staff and coaches are absolutely amazing!
OTF Regina East is a great studio! The coaches and front desk staff are very friendly. My favourite thing about this studio is the availability of classes and rarely having to use the waitlist. Overall, I love how orange theory plans the workout down to the second so you just have to show up and work!
Great staff, great facility. Professionally designed and well balanced workouts. I love the challenges they set out and am in the best shape I ever have been. Highly recommended!
