The facility is immaculate and home to such a great community. Truly a fitness centre dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals! Definitely check them out! Urban Strength has an incredibly welcoming community. They offer a variety of classes (spin, yoga and functional fitness) all under one roof with knowledgeable and friendly coaches. The owners truly care about their members and are always listening for feedback on ways to improve the gym. In addition, the staff has done an incredible job at keeping our gym clean and the community safe during COVID-19. I've recommended Urban Strength to all of my friends who are local!
