Dr. Robertson was very helpful and clear in his explanation of the operation I had. There were no problems before and after surgery. His staff is super helpful, going out of their way to search out a pre-operative test from Abbotsford. In other words, they went above and beyond the usual procedures to ensure that my test information was available.

He is very professional. Went through the procedures being done thoroughly. Very kind and friendly. Great sense of humour. Staff is also very helpful and great with patients. Highly recommend this doctor if you need a gynecologist or obstetrician. I would definitely come out to chilliwack from surrey just to see this doctor.

I met Dr. John Robertson when I was in hospital with complications from another hospital. He was calm and kind and extremely professional. So much so, years later, I requested him. His staff seemed excellent and knowledgeable.

Dr. Deacon is an exceptional doctor by all accounts! His bedside manner is superb, very knowledgeable in his field and goes into detail about the procedure. He preformed a hysterectomy on me and I am very fortunate it was him as I had two uteruses. Even though this procedure to remove both uteruses would of taken double the time to keep my ovaries intact, he indeed did take the extra time to do this! I am so grateful for him and his staff. They have been wonderful and made this whole procedure very pleasant. Dr. Deacon is an outstanding doctor and all together an extraordinary person. Thank-you!!!

I have been nursing for over 50 years. When it was my turn to be a patient, I was anxious, to put it mildly. I required major abdominal surgery and carried out extensive research, questioning any health care workers I came across. One of my patients recommended Dr Deacon from Chilliwack, a fair distance from where I live. I am glad I did. Dr Sean Deacon understood my concerns, especially about my phobia of the anesthetic. Dr Deacon reassured me by selecting Dr Peter Coles an experienced anesthetist, to administer the GA. I am also thankful to Dr Roberson, an experienced surgeon, for joining the team. I am equally impressed with Dr Sean’s office staff. I felt safe and reassured.

I first met Dr. Deacon while in labour, in case I needed a C-section, luckily I did not. I met him again a few years later after I had an abnormal PAP result. He remembered me, and I find him to be very straightforward, which some people may mistake for him not caring, but I found him to be kind. He doesn't beat around the bush or waste time, but he will take the time to reassure you and answer any questions you may have. I have to see him again for another follow up soon, and I recommend him to others.

Delivered my first baby via cesarean. Was a great experience, i left hospital 48 hrs later confidently... and healed quicker than most dr's expect. My scar is hardly noticeable and I'm positive all of the above is because he is an excellent doctor. He is also very kind and always happy to answer any questions I may have. He is scheduled to deliver baby #2 tomorrow and i feel very lucky to have him again!

Amazing experience. Friendly, respectful, great beside manner. this experience was consistent for each visit. iud, quick diagnosis of a problem and surgery. The surgery happened on aThursday, home Friday, minimal pain, quick follow up. minimal incisions. Very happy.

Amazing Doctor! Very Personable, and Knowledgeable. I am very pleased to have been referred to Dr. Smith!
