Arthritis in both knees, needing cortisone injections. He is so caring and understanding. He returns calls quickly and makes the time to fit you in if the pain is too great. I also had right hip replacement, 4 months ago, which went very well. I highly recommend Dr Grover and you are lucky if he becomes your doctor/surgeon. Thank you Dr Grover.

DR. HAROLD ROBLES REVIEWS
Dr Robles and the staff are caring, compassionate, and kind. I highly recommend for hip surgery. Minimal pain after surgery and almost a year later I am walking better than I have in years -- with no pain or limp.
Dr. Robles is an excellent surgeon - broke my ankle in 3 places which required a metal plate and screws. He was very caring and explained the procedure and what to expect for after care. Would definitely choose him for any further orthopaedic surgery I may require and would highly recommend him.
Fantastic job! This is my second knee surgery, so have done this before. This knee is 110% better than the first surgery ever was! Nice to be able to join the movers and shakers again! - WH
Great surgeon. Had my hip done by him last summer and now going back to have my knees done. - NK

DR. DANNY J. GILLIS REVIEWS
I badly broke my hip, due to having really bad osteoporosis. I liked Dr. Gillis's bedside manner, even though I didn't see much of him. Although, I know that my hip was a mess to work with, and he warned me that my leg could end up being shorter than the other, I really prayed that it wouldn't be. However, when I stood up for the first time today, I discovered that it's a lot shorter than my other one, which used to be the shorter one. My situation is very unique, because I've already broken my other hip, and on what used to be my bad leg, my knee doesn't bend, which is going to be making my recovery very slow. I'm still pushing forward, even at 65 years of age, and I'm determined to be home by Tuesday, because my mom has dementia, and I'm her sole caregiver. I'm determined to keep my mom at home, but I can't afford to keep paying private care aids to come into our home. It's such a pity that Fraser Health doesn't have a system like the one in Windsor Ontario. In order to keep elderly members of our society in their own homes, where they belong, they send out people to clean their houses, make meals for them, and help them as needed for free. All of Canada should have the same help going in all cities.
Was fortunate to have him perform surgery after a fractured hip, He is patient caring ,,explains everything and is an excellent surgeon.Wish there were more doctors like him as well as specialists. Less invasive procedure meant lesspain and faster healing.7
I tore my ACL and had a hamstring graft. Dr Gillis took the time to explain my entire procedure in full after giving me the pros and cons of each type of graft and asking which I’d prefer. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He would have a student with him and explain the medical procedure with medical terms, then ensure I understood exactly what was going to happen by re-explaining the procedure in plain English with diagrams and relating back to my experience. I never felt rushed or pressured, and always felt like he genuinely cared about my experience and me as a patient. In regards to his surgical skills, he is a top-notch surgeon and although the recovery has been tough, I have confidence in my knee again, thanks to him. I highly recommend him as a surgeon, absolutely stellar experience.
