I was really impressed with the treatment and the professionalism of FYI In Chilliwack The glasses I first was prescribed here gave me migraines. I went back and they rechecked my prescription and redid my glasses. I haven’t taken them off since. These people really took my concerns seriously, not like other places I’ve been to And being a senior, this was such a comfort Knowing that I was in good hands Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Best place in town for optometry. As I have drug resistant glaucoma and have had some not so pleasant experiences in the past it was very nice to go to such a friendly professional eye Dr's. The special testing lady is the best. I think her name is Candice. Very calm and patent. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a great eye Dr's.

I love FYI not only because of the excellent and thorough eye care exams they provide but also because of the friendly and exceptional service I receive every time I go in. They are also very community minded which I also appreciate! My husband tried the '3 for 1' place and ended up back at FYI because they got his prescription completely wrong. Yes, FYI is more expensive but it's definitely WORTH it to see clearly!

I decided to change optometrists and after looking at all our options in Chilliwack, I decided on the Kipp Eye Clinic. Their technology is fantastic for determining your overall eye health with the OCT scan and ultra-wide retinal imaging, dilation drops aren't needed with their technology, and he can check your eye pressure without having to use those little stick thingers (lol). It makes for a very thorough and comfortable appointment! I've gone to the clinic twice now. Once for my 3 kids (ages 10, 10, and 8) and for myself. I've seen so many optometrists over the past 20 or so years and Dr. Dhillon is my favourite. My kids really enjoyed their visit with him and so did I. He's very intelligent, kind and cares about his patients. Pav, the optician and front desk, is probably the kindest human anyone could ever meet plus he's really great at his job. He helped both my son and I with finding new glasses without any pressure. He made sure that it was within price range along with making sure the glasses were suitable functionally and appearance wise. It is clear that these two are passionate about the work they do and love their job. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Such a wonderful clinic. The exam was very thorough! Dr. Dhillon is knowledgeable and definitely took his time finding the perfect Rx. Also, the assistant Pav is so very kind! Took his time helping me find the right shape glasses for my face. Excellent customer service.

Have a couple of serious eye issues that run in the family. Was referred here to get regular testing... I truly appreciate the people in this office. I recommend for eye testing and also getting your new glasses.

My husband and I have had our eye exams done by Dr. Dougans for the past four years. We love her kind, courteous and professional manner, and have found the exams to be thorough and accurate. I have been to a lot of Optometrists over the years (now a retired senior) and wholeheartedly rate Dr. Dougans with the best. Love the new clinic too!

Overall, I had a very good experience at this clinic. The receptionist was personable and professional, and I liked the convenience of the online appointment booking system. Dr. Dougans is the first optometrist in a very long time who was able to provide me with a correct and accurate prescription.

Took my son for his first eye test here. Was great! Very kid friendly, also for my own eyes tested at the same time.
