She genuinely cares about the health of your hair, not just the final look. Sheren takes her time, explains everything, and uses high-quality products that really make a difference. I’ve never felt more confident walking out of a salon. Her space at Sheren Chic Hair Fashions in ValleyFair Mall is welcoming and professional — you can tell she loves what she does. I had such a great experience here! I went with my mom and we both had our hair done by Mher. He did an amazing job! our hair looked fantastic, and he was so nice and easy to talk to. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients. The pricing was fair too, which was a nice bonus. We both left feeling so happy with the results. Highly recommend! The haircut & blowout is beautiful.

Sheren is a very knowledgeable hair dresser/technician. Her salon is clean, organized and she is very relaxing to spend time with! She even gave me tea and treats while I was waiting for the bleach to take hold for my highlights. Will be back soon.

I first met Azi five years ago at Great Clips in Richmond, and I’ve been going to her ever since! From the very first haircut, I was impressed by her skills, attention to detail, and warm personality. Even after she moved to Maple Ridge, I didn’t hesitate to follow her — I happily make the long drive just to get my haircut by her, because I truly trust her work.

I had an amazing experience with Sofia—she gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my face shape and hair type. The final result was a beautiful, modern style that felt fresh and flattering. She’s not only talented but also warm, professional, and detail-oriented. I left the salon feeling confident and so happy with my new look. Highly recommend Sofia if you’re looking for a stylist who truly knows what she’s doing.

I've been goin to this location of Great Clips since I came back Home (Lower Mainland) in January 2019. In March of 2020, when the Stupid government told us we couldn't get our hair cut because of something that had a survival rate Greater than 99.97% I, like everyone else started to grow out my Hair.

Just moved to Pitt meadows and Rootz is right near my condo. Ive walked by it quite a few time and the atmosphere seemed great so I had to try it for myself. I booked in with Makena and she was so friendly and knows what she’s doing! I’ve already booked my 2 follow up appointment to be entered into a contest for shampoo & conditioner!!! Wish me luck!
